Much mythology surrounds Claude Lelouch’s 8:40 masterpiece.

Who was the driver? Perhaps Lelouch himself.

Who was the woman? Lelouch’s then girlfriend.

One take, one shot? Yes.

As a film geek, who is also a sportscar geek, this is by far my favorite short film ever.

The Sixth Annual Flyway Film Festival will take place October 17-20, 2013 in Pepin & Stockholm, Wisconsin. The Flyway Film Festival was founded by Rick Vaicius in 2008 on the beautiful shores of Lake Pepin on the Mississippi River. Wildlife abounds with songbirds, tundra swans, diving ducks, dabbling ducks, bald eagles, otter, white-tailed deer, and more, all thriving along this majestic migratory route.
